Supporting women through pregnancy, loss, birth trauma, and motherhood.

 pregnancy& infant loss

If you've found your way here, you are probably coping with some of the most devastating emotions you have ever felt. Grieving what was going to be. What should have been. The hopes and dreams you carried. I am so sorry you lost your baby.

The experience of pregnancy loss, termination, stillbirth, or infant death, and all of the painful emotions you feel throughout this time can be overwhelming and painfully isolating. You might be wondering if you will ever find yourself again. It can feel like no one understands your pain. So you might be struggling on your own. Whether you are searching for support in your grief, need to address the trauma of your loss, want to talk about how to make it through each day, need to process the fear of a pregnancy after loss, or find yourself filled with anxiety in motherhood after loss, you don’t have to do this alone.

All of your emotions, memories, and experiences deserve attention, care, and compassion.

Therapy can offer support as you process the many overwhelming emotions  you may experience from sadness, despair, exhaustion, fear, anger, confusion, depression, guilt, and even numbness. Here, you will find support, compassion, patience, and help with self-care as you navigate life after loss and find your way on your grief journey.

healing is possible.
