Perinatal Trauma & Mental Health

Supporting women through pregnancy, loss, birth trauma, and motherhood.

welcome. I am so glad you found your way here.

You're probably here because your journey to motherhood hasn't been what you planned. You may be struggling with fears or high risk complications in your pregnancy. Or grieving the loss of your baby and need support during this painful, lonely time. Your birth experience may have been traumatic - you may have received interventions you hadn’t planned on, felt afraid for your life, or thought you might lose your baby. On the outside, everything seems fine as you juggle it all...but on the inside you're feeling completely alone. Overwhelmed. Sad. Worried. Isolated. Angry. If any of this sounds familiar, reach out. You are not alone.

It’s time to make space for self-compassion and healing in your life.

This is possible and you deserve it.

I help overwhelmed women find inner strength in their journey through infertility, loss, pregnancy, and beyond. Here you can find support with overwhelming emotions, relationships, loss, and life transitions as you navigate your path to motherhood. My passion is helping women find self-compassion during some of life’s most difficult times. Connecting helps us do that. Through connection, we can find validation and support to let go of self-doubt and empower our strengths...and find balance, peace, acceptance, and compassion within.  This growth can help you to improve the most important relationship in your life: the one with yourself.

Reaching out for help is hard. It takes such courage.

You might be nervous or unsure about the idea of therapy. You can learn more about me and the type of work that I do here on my website to see if I might be a good fit for you. I welcome you to reach out with any questions about how I can support you. If we are a good fit, we can get you scheduled to get started as soon as possible.

I would love to talk with you.
